To Your Health Sprouted Flour Co.’s gluten-free facility is a separate, enclosed facility utilizing dedicated equipment for the milling and packaging of our non-gluten products.
All incoming non-gluten products are tested to ensure that they meet FDA standards for the presence of gluten < 20ppm using Elisa testing upon arrival at our facility.
Additional testing may be performed upon customer request by 3rd party lab. All lab fees will apply and will be added to the final invoice.
A negative result does not necessarily indicate a complete absence of gluten in the product being tested. It is always possible that gluten is present in a portion of the product that was not sampled, or that the level of gluten in the product is below the limit of detection for the test.
Validated and certified by the AOAC Research Institute as an effective method for the detection of Gluten in a wide variety of foods and environmental surfaces. Detects the presence of wheat, rye and barley at 20 ppm.
To Your Health Sprouted Flour Co.’s current gluten-free products (as tested by above statement including limitations and validation) include: almonds, amaranth, black beans, blue corn, brown rice, garbanzo beans, green peas, lentils, millet, navy beans, oats, popcorn, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, sesame seeds, sorghum, and yellow corn.
