My husband Jeff and I don’t celebrate birthdays and anniversaries in a big way. Usually, we’ll exchange cards and enjoy a special dinner together, but no big affairs. We don’t even stay up to ring in the new year. Sleep is the preferred celebration for that occasion.
In addition to Black History Month, Groundhog Day (2/2) and Valentine’s Day (2/14), I decided to look up some of the lesser-known celebrated days in February. There seems to be a reason to celebrate each day of the year these days. I think it’s a good thing! Maybe Jeff and I will celebrate a little more this year, starting with these special February days:
