Quick & Easy Fruit Crisp

- 1/2 cup sprouted rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup sprouted white wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cups butter
- 1 quart canned apples, peaches, or cherries
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
- Open jar of fruit and drain. Pour fruit into a glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
