- 1/2 cup organic whole milk plain yogurt
- 1 ripe organic banana
- 1/4 cup organic almond butter
- 2/3 cup sprouted organic almond milk
- 2 teaspoons honey (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg
