We had a blast at Southern Makers early this month where we sampled organic sprouted popcorn, sprouted cookies made with gluten free baking mix and delicious sprouted granola to a sold out crowd!
Healthy Flour is around the world (literally) this month with our trip to SEOUL Food 2016, the third largest food industry exhibition in Asia featuring over 1300 exhibitors and 52,000 visitors from 45 countries.
Also this month, Healthy Flour will be participating in the Organic Trade Association’s (OTA) signature policy event, Organic Week DC. This week is dedicated to advocacy and education and will include the inaugural Organic Confluences Summit, a one-day conference whose aim is to turn environmental research into legislative policy.
