    I used this flour once for pumpkin muffins and a different oat flour on another occasion with the same recipe. The muffins made with this flour came out much better: springy, light, and full of oaty flavor. My favorite new flour!

    We made a giant chocolate chip birthday cookie for my daughter's birthday party. I used this recipe and 1:1 the sprouted oat flour for regular oat flour. We also replaced both the white sugar and brown sugar with coconut sugar (1:1 also), and left off the M&M's. We loved it and no one could tell it was gluten free! Now we have a simple recipe for gf chocolate chip cookies that my family is thrilled with.
